1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India
  • Shipping charges for Cash on delivery orders will be calculated at the checkout
  • We currently ship pan-India (international shipping coming soon)

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, your order will typically be delivered within:

  • 3-7 business days for metro cities
  • 5-10 business days for non-metro locations

    Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner availability

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate at checkout
  • Bhealix is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS
  • You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s website or by logging into your account on Bhealix.

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or high order volumes during holidays
  • We appreciate your patience in such situations.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or tracking update at support@bhealix.com
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

8. Partial Shipments

  • For faster delivery, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately
  • You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment, with no additional shipping charges
