BHEALIX Refund & Return Policy

At Bhealix, we truly want you to fall in love with your skincare. But hey, if things don’t go as planned, don’t worry, we’ve got you and your skin covered

1. Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery only in specific cases.

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective or leaked
  • Incorrect item delivered

To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging

How to Request a Return

Just drop us an email at support@bhealix.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear pictures (yes, a little photoshoot)
  • A short description of the issue

If approved, we’ll guide you on the next steps

P.S. Surprise returns without telling us first = we can’t accept them

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect skincare product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund after verification

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and product safety, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned without prior approval

We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges If eligible, you may return the product (as per policy) and place a new order for your preferred item

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are covered only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products

6. Gift Returns

Gift returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
